基于追踪方法学的静脉用药集中调配质量管理

Quality Management of Centralized Compounding Mode of Intravenous Drug on Tracer Methodology

目的探讨利用追踪方法学发掘成品输液在院内流转过程中被忽视的质量问题和关键影响因素的可行性,促进静脉用药集中调配质量管理的持续改进。方法借鉴国内外运用追踪方法学管理静脉用药的工作经验,设计医院静脉用药集中调配工作模式的追踪地图。结果追踪方法学在静脉用药集中调配工作中的应用可以有效提升成品输液质量。结论追踪方法学作为一个有完整理论基础和系统操作规范的现场调查方法,应用于静脉用药调配中心质量管理工作,体现出诸多优势,并能与其他质量管理工具合成化应运用。

OBJECTIVE This paper discusses the feasibility of using tracer methodology to find which ignored in the process of hospital circulation about quality problems and key influencing factors,to promote the continuous improvement of centralized compounding mode of intravenous drug quality management.METHODS Based on the experience of using tracing methodology to manage intravenous drug use in our country and abroad,this study designed the tracing map of centralized compounding mode of intravenous drug use in hospitals.RESULTS Through on-site observation and interview,we can master the improvement direction of quality management of compounding infusions.CONCLUSION Tracing methodology are important role in improving the quality management on compounding infusions.
