信息化管理体系在基层医院呼吸与危重症医学科管理研究

摘要 目的研究信息化管理体系在基层医院呼吸和危重症医学科管理效果。方法选取该院2017年7月—2019年7月20例患者作为对照组,选取2019年8月—2021年8月的20例患者作为观察组,其中对照组未实施信息化管理,观察组实施信息化管理,所有患者均为呼吸内科或危重症患者,对比两组患者在信息化管理实施前后的治疗满意度和就诊情况。结果实施后,观察组患者的就诊满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的就诊等候时间、配药时间、缴费时间以及取药时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院的呼吸和危重症医学科管理工作当中,将信息化管理模式融入管理中,可扩大医院的信息化范围,有利于医院对患者各类信息的处理,为患者以及家属提供了更为便捷的通道,可提高就诊满意度,优化患者的就诊体验。 Objective To study the management effect of the information management system in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine in primary hospitals.Methods 20 patients in the hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the control group,and 20 patients from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the observation group.Among them,the control group did not implement information management,and the observation group implemented information management,and all patients were respiratory medicine or critically ill patients.The two groups of patients were compared before and after the implementation of information management in terms of treatment satisfaction and clinic visits.Results After implementation,the patient satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The waiting time,dispensing time,payment time and taking time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of respiratory and critical care medicine departments in primary hospitals,integrating information management mode into management can expand the scope of hospital information.It is conducive to the hospital's processing of various information of patients,and provides a more convenient channel for patients and their families,which can improve the satisfaction of patient and optimize the patient's medical experience.
