摘要
借助于流动仿真模拟软件和外接自编子程序,运用多孔介质模型对一种新型布管结构的凝汽器进行壳侧流动和传热特性的模拟分析,通过对凝汽器蒸汽流速的分布、压力损失大小、传热性能的优劣以及蒸汽凝结状况等参数的分析,判断换热管束布管结构的合理性,为凝汽器的结构改进提供参考。
With the aid of flow simulation software and external self-made subroutine,the shell side flow and heat transfer characteristics of condenser with a new type of tube layout structure are simulated and analyzed by using porous medium model.Through the analysis of steam velocity distribution,pressure drop,heat transfer performance and steam condensation condition of the condenser,the rationality of tube layout structure is judged,which provides a reference for the structural improvement of condenser.
