发展信息社会背景下空间数据平台的建设研究

Research on the Construction of Spatial Data Platform under the Background of Developing Information Society

随着信息技术的发展和卫星导航系统的成熟,各国纷纷在电子政务平台中建设地理空间数据平台,力求为全体公民提供免费、公开、全面而准确的地理信息。文章通过对我国目前建设的地理信息公共服务平台和北斗卫星导航系统提供的服务进行分析,找到当前我国地理信息平台建设存在的不足。结合目前的地理信息公共服务平台的建设现状从三个方面提出建议,为未来平台的建设提供参考。

With the development of information technology and the maturity of satellite navigation systems, many countries have built geospatial data platforms in e-government platforms, striving to provide all citizens with free, open, comprehensive and accurate geographic information. Based on the analysis of the geographic information public service platform and the services provided by the Beidou satellite navigation system, this paper finds the shortcomings of the current geographic information platform construction in China. Combining with the current construction status of the geographic information public service platform,suggestions are made from three aspects to provide reference for the future construction of the platform.
