摘要
由于玻璃幕墙固有频率是一个动态特性参数,增加了监测难度,导致矿区玻璃幕墙智能安全监测与预警效果差。为此,设计了矿区玻璃幕墙安全监测与预警系统。在系统硬件部分,设计控制器、加速度测试模块、温度传感器、数据传输模块和数据传输模块;在信号分解及预警指标体系部分,对系统硬件传输的数据分解,分析瞬时频率,引入解析信号获得相位和幅度。在此基础上,建立预警指标体系,计算指标的综合安全值,以此实现矿区玻璃幕墙安全监测与预警。实验结果表明,矿区玻璃幕墙安全监测与预警系统在紧固、松动状况下,玻璃幕墙振动频谱分析的准确性较高。在不同脱胶比率下,玻璃频率变化情况分析上准确性也较高,并且预警时间短,有效提高了矿区玻璃幕墙安全监测与预警效果。
Since the natural frequency of the glass curtain wall is a dynamic characteristic parameter,it increases the difficulty of monitoring,resulting in poor intelligent safety monitoring and early warning of the glass curtain wall in the mining area.For this reason,this paper designs a safety monitoring and early warning system for the glass curtain wall in the mining area.In the system hardware part,design the controller,acceleration test module,temperature sensor,data transmission module and data transmission module.In the signal decomposition and early warning index system,the data transmitted by the system hardware is decomposed,the instantaneous frequency is analyzed,and the analytical signal is introduced to obtain the phase and amplitude.On this basis,an early warning index system is established to calculate the comprehensive safety value of the index,so as to realize the safety monitoring and early warning of the glass curtain wall in the mining area.The experimental results show that the safety monitoring and early warning system of the glass curtain wall in the mining area is more accurate in the analysis of the vibration spectrum of the glass curtain wall under the tightened condition and the loose condition.Under different degumming ratios,the analysis accuracy of glass frequency changes is also high,and the early warning time is short,which effectively improves the safety monitoring and early warning effect of the glass curtain wall in the mining area.
