南梁选煤厂煤泥水系统优化改造 被引量:4

摘要 阐述了南梁选煤厂由于入洗原煤性质发生变化、矸石泥化现象明显增加等因素,造成煤泥产率大幅提高,煤泥水系统成为制约选煤厂正常生产的主要瓶颈。选煤厂从煤泥减量化处理、优化煤泥沉降和脱水回收工艺、煤泥提质等方面提出综合解决方案等方面入手,提出针对性的煤泥水系统改造方案。通过优化改造,生产中次生煤泥量减少约3%;压滤机单位产能增加约90%,滤饼水分降低7.5%;煤泥水系统事故率大为降低。煤泥水沉降与循环效率显著增强,外排煤泥达到环保要求,对企业提质增效与环境保护具有重要意义。 The stable operation of slime water system has become one of the main bottlenecks restricting the production of Nanliang Coal preparation Plant.Based on the three aspects of raw coal quality,technological process and slime treatment,the corresponding solutions are put forward:(1)It operates maximizing of lump coal system,besides the gangue which is easy to be mashed should be treated with a short process;(2)The“coarsening”scheme is designed to optimize the feeding particle size,adjust the feeding mode through the high-pressure plunger pump,add filter aid,introduce monofilament filter cloth,etc.,and improve the working efficiency of the filter press,improve the operation efficiency of concentration equipment;(3)Design the“roughing”scheme,adjust the feeding granularity through the high pressure piston pump,and improve the working efficiency of the press.The results are as follows:the amount of secondary slime in production is reduced by about 3%;Filter press unit capacity increased by about 90%,filter cake moisture decreased by 7.5%;The accident rate of slime water system is greatly reduced.Through the optimization and transformation of the slime water system,the settlement and circulation efficiency of slime water are significantly enhanced,and the discharge of slime water meets the requirements of environmental protection,which is of great significance to the enterprise's quality and efficiency improvement and environmental protection.
