锁扣型钢管桩围堰在水中深基坑中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文主要介绍了在重庆合川至四川安岳高速公路项目渠江特大桥施工中,由于渠江特大桥主墩位于渠江航道内,承台较大且深入河床范围较深,使得主墩承台深基坑施工难度较大。项目部通过对渠江水文地形地质的详细勘测,决定采用锁扣型钢管桩围堰进行水中承台的施工。相比于其他类型围堰,锁扣型钢管桩围堰兼具了其他围堰的优点,安装和拆除均比较方便,缩短了围堰的施工周期,降低了水下作业所带来的安全风险。同时该类型围堰充分利用了钢管桩刚度大的受力特性,使得围堰刚度大变形小,大大提高了围堰的安全性,保证了围堰内人员作业安全。同时锁扣钢管桩围堰拆除后的材料还可用于桥梁支架等其他临时工程,提高了材料的使用周转率,降低了施工措施费用。该类型围堰也为类似施工提供了一种解决思路。 This paper mainly introduces that in the construction of Qujiang super major bridge of Chongqing Hechuan Anyue expressway project,because the main pier of Qujiang super major bridge is located in Qujiang channel,the bearing platform is large and deep into the riverbed,it is difficult to construct the deep foundation pit of the bearing platform of the main pier.Based on the detailed survey of the hydrology,topography and geology of Qujiang River,the project department decided to adopt the lock type steel pipe pile cofferdam for the construction of underwater bearing platform.Compared with other types of cofferdams,the lock type steel pipe pile cofferdam has the advantages of other cofferdams.It is convenient for installation and removal,shortens the construction period of the cofferdam and reduces the safety risks caused by underwater operation.At the same time,this type of cofferdam makes full use of the mechanical characteristics of steel pipe pile with large stiffness,makes the cofferdam have large stiffness and small deformation,greatly improves the safety of the cofferdam and ensures the safety of personnel in the cofferdam.At the same time,the materials after the removal of the lock steel pipe pile cofferdam can also be used for other temporary works such as bridge supports,which improves the utilization and turnover rate of materials and reduces the cost of construction measures.This type of cofferdam also provides a solution for similar construction.
