1998至2019年国家自然科学基金中医药类风湿性关节炎项目资助情况分析

Funding Overview of TCM Projects about RA Supported by NSFC from 1998 to 2019

[目的]研究1998至2019年中医药类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)领域国家自然科学基金(Natural Science Foundation of China,NSFC)立项项目的研究热点及前沿,为中医药RA领域的基金立项提供思路指导。[方法]检索国家自然科学基金项目查询网站,获取1998至2019年中医类RA的资助项目的项目负责任人、名称、单位、资助金额等相关信息,采用Excel 2019和CiteSpace 5.5.R2软件对结果进行统计分析。[结果]1998至2019年NSFC资助的中医药RA领域的面上项目、青年科学基金项目和地区科学基金项目共201项,依托单位60个,资助金额7861.7万元。中医内科是重点资助领域(47.97%),高于其他分支学科。纳入研究的528个中,前3位的高频词为类风湿性关节炎(121次)、治疗(50次)、艾灸(17次)。[结论]NSFC在中医药RA领域资助项目总数及资助总金额呈波动上升趋势,促进了中医药RA领域的临床基础科研发展,细胞分子水平学科和多学科的交叉融合是未来研究趋势,但也存在过于强调方药机制的通路研究,对中医理论的科学内涵缺乏阐释的问题。

[Objective]To investigate the funding situation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)through analysis on TCM projects about rheumatoid arthritis(RA)funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)from 1998 to 2019 and summarize the rules to provide references for related project declarations.[Methods]Through retrieving the NSFC query website,it obtained related TCM projects such as responsible person,name,supporting unit,subsidy amount,etc,from 1998 to 2019,using Excel 2019 and CiteSpace 5.5.R2 software for statistical analysis.[Results]From 1998 to 2019,NSFC funded 201 General Programs,Youth Science Foundation Projects and Regional Science Foundation Projects in the direction of TCM about RA,there were 60 supporting units,with a subsidy amount of 78.617 million Yuan.Internal medicine of TCM was a key funded field(47.97%),higher than other branches.Among the 528 keywords included in the study,the top 3 high-frequency words were:Rheumatoid arthritis(121 times),treatment(50 times),and moxibustion(17 times).[Conclusion]The support of NSFC for TCM projects about RA is generally on the rise.Cell and molecular level disciplines and cross fusion are the research trend in the future.However,there are also problems of too much emphasis on the study of micro molecular mechanism and lack of theoretical support of traditional Chinese medicine.
