摘要
基于移动互联网的自助式劳务众包平台发展迅速,而“拍照赚钱”仅需一部手机就可完成任务获得酬金的便利成功地吸引了大众的关注,在这种新型自助服务模式迅速发展的同时,任务定价存在的问题也逐渐浮现。通过K-means聚类分析对各任务进行分类,根据服务定价理论以及影响平台任务定价的主要因素(任务所处位置偏僻程度、区域会员密度、区域任务密度),构建平台的任务定价模型;为了提高任务完成率以及实现最优的人力资源配置,对任务定价模型进行优化,即将任务联合在一起打包发布;对劳务众包平台建立可行性建议。
The self-service labor crowdsourcing platform has developed rapidly based on mobile Internet,and the platform of“taking photos to make money”has successfully attracted the public’s attention recently due to its convenience of completing the task with only one mobile phone.With the rapid development of this new self-service model,the problems existing in task pricing have gradually emerged.The tasks are classified by K-means cluster analysis,and the task pricing model of the platform is constructed according to the service pricing theory and the main factors affecting the task pricing of the platform(the remoteness of the task,the density of regional members and the density of regional tasks).In order to improve the rate of task completion and realize the optimal allocation of human resources,the task pricing model is optimized,that is,the tasks are combined and packaged.Finally,according to the research conclusions,feasible suggestions are put forward for the construction of labor crowdsourcing platform.
