摘要
近年来,中医非药物疗法干预艾滋病的临床疗效得到了普遍认可,随着不断地深入研究发现,科学的研究设计、规范的指标评价体系一直制约着中医科技成果的推广应用。文章分析了目前艾滋病非药物疗法疗效评价的研究模式存在的问题,提出了将序列多重随机对照研究应用于艾滋病非药物疗法的研究中,经多阶段临床验证,优化疗效评价方案,从而建立一种适合艾滋病非药物疗法的疗效评价模式,为中医药防治艾滋病的临床研究提供新的思路和策略,具有广阔的应用前景。
The clinical efficacy of non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the intervention of AIDS has been generally recognized in recent years. With the continuous deepening of research, scientific research design and standardized index evaluation system have limited the promotion and application of scientific and technological achievements of TCM. In this paper, the existing problems in the current research model of the efficacy evaluation of non-drug therapy for AIDS were analyzed, the scheme of applying sequential multiple randomized controlled trials to the research of non-drug therapy for AIDS was proposed, and the efficacy evaluation scheme was optimized after multi-stage clinical verification. After the measures mentioned above were taken, an efficacy evaluation model suitable for non-drug therapy of AIDS with broad application prospect was expected to be established, so as to provide new ideas and strategies for clinical research on the prevention and treatment of AIDS with TCM.
