摘要
为了提高检测质量与效率,介绍了混凝土钢筋检测中常用的无损检测技术,包括射线检测技术、红外线成像检测技术、超声回弹检测技术、探地雷达检测技术、冲击回波检测技术等。指出了无损检测技术在混凝土钢筋检测应用中的不足,如检测人员素质偏低,检测装置性能偏低,检测环境未达到标准要求。提出了完善无损检测技术在混凝土钢筋检测中的应用策略:合理选用无损检测技术,提高检测人员素质水平,优化混凝土钢筋检测环境,及时更新检测装置,严格遵循钢筋检测流程。要在无损检测技术应用中确保检测的精准性,提升建筑工程项目建设质量。
In order to improve test quality and efficiency,the study introduces the common non-destructive testing technology in concrete reinforcement test,including radiographic,infrared imaging,ultrasound resilience,ground penetrating radar,impact echo detection technology,etc.The study points out the disadvantages of the application of non-destructive testing technology in concrete reinforcement test,i.e.the quality of testing personnel is low,the performance of testing device is low,and test environment does not meet the requirement of the standard.Application strategies for the perfect of non-destructive test technology in concrete reinforcement test are proposed,i.e.to rationally select non-destructive testing technology,improve the quality level of inspectors,improve concrete reinforcement test environment,timely renew detectors,and strictly obey rebar testing process.It is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the test,and improve the construction quality of construction project in non-destructive testing technology application.
