2011—2021年我国基本公共卫生服务领域研究热点分析

Analysis of Research Hotspots in the Field of Basic Public Health Services in China from 2011 to 2021

目的:通过对2011—2021年基本公共卫生领域的3 025篇相关文献进行梳理,挖掘这一时期该领域的概况、热点和前沿,为新时期我国基本公共卫生服务建设发展提供参考。方法:以CNKI数据库为依托,利用CiteSpace 5.8.R2软件作为研究工具,对2011—2021年的文献进行可视化整理分析。结果:我国对基本公共卫生的关注度有所下降;国内各重要科研部门或者作者间的合作有待加强;高频关键词聚焦于3个研究热点主题,分别为社区卫生服务、均等化、医防融合。结论:国内有关基本公共卫生服务领域的研究主题越来越丰富,但研究热度持续下降;研究机构、学者之间的学术交流不够紧密,具有一定局限性;在创新性研究、政策研究和解决现实问题等方面还有待提升。

OBJECTIVE By sorting out 3025 related documents in the field of basic public health from 2011 to 2021,to dig out the general situation,hotspots and frontiers of the field during the period,and to provide a reliable reference for the research of ba⁃sic public health services in Chinese country.METHODS Relying on the CNKI database and using citespace as a research tool to vi⁃sually sort and analyze the literature from 2011 to 2021.RESULTS Domestic attention to basic public health had declined;coopera⁃tion between core authors or research institutions in my country needed to be further strengthened;high-frequency keywords focused on three research hot topics,namely community health services,equalization,and integration of medical and prevention.CONCLU⁃SION Domestic research topics in the field of basic public health services were becoming more abundant,but the research enthusi⁃asm continued to decline;academic exchanges between research institutions and scholars were not close enough and had certain limi⁃tations;innovative research,policy research and solving practical problems needed to be improved.
