摘要
为解决悬臂式掘进机回转台绞耳易撕裂的问题,以EBZ220SZD800/11G型掘进机回转台绞耳为例,介绍了回转台的功能及其在应用中存在的问题,创建了回转台模型,借助仿真软件分析了回转台工作时应力、应变的具体分布情况。由分布结果发现,回转台升降绞耳处易出现应力集中现象。对此提出了具体改进措施,进一步增加回转台升降绞耳的厚度,回转台升降绞耳不再出现明显的应力集中现象,绞耳不再发生撕裂,且绞耳工作稳定可靠,取得了较好的改进效果。
In order to solve the problem of easy tearing of the truntalbe ear of the cantilever roadheader,taking the truntalbe ear of the EBZ220SZD800/11G type roadheader as an example,this paper introduced the functions of the truntalbe and the problems existing in its application,established a truntalbe model,and analyzed the specific distribution of stress and strain when the truntalbe was working with the help of simulation software.From the distribution results,it is found that stress concentration is easy to occur at the elevator-ears of the truntalbe.In this regard,specific improvement measures were put forward to further increase the thickness of the elevator-ears of the truntalbe.There was no obvious stress concentration phenomenon in the elevator-ears of the truntalbe,the twisting ears were no longer torn,and the working of the twisting ears was stable and reliable.The optimization improvement achieved good improvement effect.
