摘要
目的分析PBL结合CBL教学法应用于重症医学科的临床教学效果。方法选取海南医学院2017级临床医学专业重症医学科的64名本科生,通过随机分组,分为研究组和对照组,每组32名,分别给予CBL与PBL相结合教学模式、常规教学措施。对两组学习效果进行评估与对比。结果与对照组相比,研究组学习效果评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对教学措施的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学习情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL+PBL教学措施的实施可行性较高,不仅能可以帮助学生提升学习能力,而且对后续重症医学科相关工作科学性的提升具有促进作用。
Objective To analysis of the clinical teaching effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method applied to critical care medicine.Methods A total of 64 undergraduates from the Department of Critical Care Medicine in the 2017 clinical medicine specialty of Hainan Medical College were selected.By random grouping,they were divided into two groups:study group and control group,with 32 students in each group.The above groups were given a combination of CBL and PBL teaching mode and conventional teaching measures,respectively.The students'learning situation was analyzed,and the learning effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the learning effect score of the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group's satisfaction with the teaching measures was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning situation of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of CBL+PBL teaching measures is highly feasible,which can not only help students improve their learning ability,but also promote the scientific improvement of subsequent work related to critical care medicine.
