产前人文关怀结合健康教育对育龄初产妇分娩质量和分娩结局的影响

Effect of prenatal humanistic care combined with health education on delivery quality and delivery outcome of primiparas at childbearing age

目的探讨产前人文关怀结合健康教育对育龄初产妇分娩质量和分娩结局的影响。方法选取2020年3~12月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的80名育龄初产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组初产妇接受常规护理,观察组初产妇接受产前人文关怀结合健康教育护理。比较2组初产妇的分娩质量、分娩结局和护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组的第一产程、第二产程和第三产程时间均缩短,这3个产程的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低,产后2h出血量减少,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的剖宫产率较对照组更低,新生儿Apgar评分较对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的会阴侧切率(7.50%)显著低于对照组(27.50%,P<0.05)。但2组间会阴裂伤程度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产前人文关怀结合健康教育有助于改善育龄初产妇的分娩质量和分娩结局。

Objective To explore the effect of prenatal humanistic care combined with health education on the delivery quality and delivery outcome of primiparas at childbearing age.Methods A total of80primiparas of childbearing age who were admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from March2020to December2020were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with40cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received prenatal humanistic care combined with health education nursing.The delivery quality,delivery outcome and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the duration of the first,second and third stage of labor in the observation group were shortened.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in three stages of labor were decreased.The blood loss at2hr postpartum was less.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Apgar scores of the newborns were higher those of the control group,with significant differences(both P<0.05).The perineal lateral resection rate of the observation group(7.50%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(27.50%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in perineal laceration degree between the two groups(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal humanistic care combined with health education can improve the delivery quality and delivery outcome of primiparas of childbearing age.
