左甲状腺素钠片联合生物免疫疗法治疗甲状腺乳头状癌患者的效果及对炎症因子的影响

Effect of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets Combined with Biological Immunotherapy in the Treatment of Patients with Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma and Its Influence on the Levels of Inflammatory Factors

目的:探讨甲状腺乳头状癌患者联合应用左甲状腺素钠片和生物免疫疗法治疗的效果及对炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年5月大石桥市中心医院收治的164例确诊为甲状腺乳头状癌患者,均给予手术治疗,术后按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组82例。对照组应用左甲状腺素钠片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用生物免疫疗法。比较两组的生活质量评分、转移率、死亡率、炎症因子水平[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]和免疫功能(Th17/Treg、CD4^(+)Th17、CD4^(+)CD^(+)25 Treg)。结果:治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组死亡率、转移率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能评分均高于治疗前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Th17/Treg、CD4^(+)CD^(+)25 Treg水平均高于治疗前,CD4^(+)Th17水平均低于治疗前,且研究组Th17/Treg、CD4^(+)CD^(+)25 Treg水平均高于对照组,CD4^(+)Th17水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于单独应用左甲状腺素钠片,甲状腺乳头状癌术后患者联合应用左甲状腺素钠片^(+)生物免疫疗法治疗效果更佳,可以有效降低患者的死亡率和转移率,降低炎症因子水平的同时可以改善患者的免疫功能,提高其生活质量,值得推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets combined with biological immunotherapy in the treatment of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma and its influence on the level of inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 164 patients diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma in Dashiqiao Central Hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected,all patients received surgical treatment and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method after surgery,82 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets,and the study group was treated with biological immunotherapy on the basis of the control group.Quality of life score,metastasis rate,mortality,inflammatory factor levels[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)]and immune function(Th17/Treg,CD4^(+)Th17,CD4^(+)CD^(+)25 Treg)were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mortality and metastasis rates in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of material life,physical function,social function and psychological function in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Th17/Treg and CD4^(+)CD^(+)25 Treg in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CD4^(+)Th17 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of Th17/Treg and CD4^(+)CD^(+)25 Treg in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD4^(+)Th17 in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the single application of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets, postoperative patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma combined use of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets ^(+) biological immunotherapy treatment effect is better, can effectively reduce the mortality in patients with metastasis and lower levels of inflammatory markers at the same time can improve the patient’s immune function, improve the quality of life, is worth popularization and application .
