小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗白内障术后角膜上皮功能障碍患者的效果

Effects of deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops in treatment of patients with corneal epithelial dysfunction after cataract surgery

目的:探讨小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗白内障术后角膜上皮功能障碍(CED)患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年5月南昌县人民医院收治的134例白内障术后CED患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组、观察组各67例。对照组给予自体血清滴眼液治疗,观察组给予小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液治疗。比较两组治疗前后泪膜功能指标[角膜荧光染色(FL)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)]水平、视力[最小分辨角对数(LogMAR)视力表]、眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分及角膜上皮修复时间。结果:治疗前及治疗后,两组各泪膜功能指标水平、LogMAR视力值及OSDI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FL评分、OSDI评分、LogMAR视力值均低于治疗前,且BUT、SIT值均大于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组角膜上皮修复时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在白内障术后CED的治疗中,小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液与自体血清滴眼液的疗效相当,均能促进患者角膜上皮功能、泪膜功能的改善,缓解相关临床症状,改善视力水平,但小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液具有无创、保存简单、使用方便的特点,推荐优先使用该药。

Objective:To explore effects of deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops in treatment of patients with corneal epithelial dysfunction(CED)after cataract surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 134 patients with CED after cataract surgery admitted to department of ophthalmology and ent of Nanchang County People’s hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,67 cases in each group.The control group was given autologous serum eye drops,while the observation group used the deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops.The tear film function index levels[corneal fluorescence staining(FL)score,tear film break-up time(BUT),Schirmer test(SIT)],the visual acuity,the ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score and the corneal epithelial repair time were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:Before and after the treatment,there were no significant differences in the tear film function index levels,the visual acuity and the OSDI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the FL scores,the OSDI scores and LogMAR visual acuity values of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;the BUT and SIT values were higher than those before the treatment;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in corneal epithelial repair time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:In the treatment of CED after cataract surgery,deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops and autologous serum eye drops are equivalently effective,both can promote the improvement of corneal epithelial function and tear film function,relieve the related clinical symptoms,and improve the visual acuity level.Deproteinized Calf blood extract eye drops are non-invasive,easy to store and easy to use.Therefore,it is recommended to use it first.
