综合性康复护理对脑梗死康复期患者功能恢复、情绪健康的影响

Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the functional recovery and emotional health of convalescent patients with cerebral infarction

目的 观察综合性康复护理对脑梗死康复期患者功能恢复、情绪健康的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的80例脑梗死康复期患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组患者均接受内科综合治疗,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取综合性康复护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果 观察组的康复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的NIHSS、FMA、BDAE、SSA评分均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均降低,QLI、BI评分均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合性康复护理可促进脑梗死康复期患者各项功能康复,改善其情绪状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the functional recovery and emotional health of convalescent patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty convalescent patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received comprehensive medical treatment.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of NIHSS,FMA,BDAE and SSA in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,the QLI and BI scores increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can promote the rehabilitation of various functions,and improve emotional state and quality of life of convalescent patients with cerebral infarction.
