摘要
目的观察对比射干生品及米泔水炮制品对正常大鼠一般状态、淀粉酶及胃泌素的影响,以进一步探讨经米泔水炮制后的射干是否具有健脾降燥作用。方法选取SPF级SD大鼠39只,随机分为3组(空白组及2个提取物组),药1为生品提取物,药2为米泔水制品提取物。药1和药2组分别给予各自提取物,折合成射干生药量为20g/kg,1次/d,共21d;空白组则给予等量生理盐水。每日称重、观察进食量及大鼠一般状态。计算脾指数,用ELISA法分别测定各组SD大鼠血清中淀粉酶及胃泌素的含量,并进行比较。结果药1组大鼠14d开始出现如萎靡倦怠、摄食量减少、体重降低、便软不成形等表现,药2组变化不明显;体重方面与空白组比较药1组有下降趋势,药2组则明显上升。此外,药1组脾脏指数低于空白组而药2组高于空白组。药2组血清淀粉酶含量高于空白组和药1组,与药1组比较差异有统计学意义;药1组与药2组胃泌素含量差异有统计学意义。结论射干经米泔水炮制后可能通过增加健脾降燥作用缓解了药物毒性。
Objective To observe the effects of dried raw and processed rice swill on digestive enzymes,amylase and gastrin in normal rats,so as to further explore whether the dry shooting after rice swill processing has the function of invigorating spleen and reducing dryness.Methods 39 SPF Rats were randomly divided into six groups(blank group and 2 extract groups),drug 1 was raw extract,drug 2 was rice swill products extract.Drug 1 and drug 2 groups were respectively given their respective extracts,e-quivalent to 20 g/kg,once a day,for 21 days;The blank group was given the same amount of normal saline.The rats were weighed daily,and their food intake and general state were observed.The serum amylase and gastrin in SD rats were determined by ELISA,and compared.Results The rats in drug group 1 began to show signs of fatigue,lack of movement,liking to pile up,decreased food intake,weight loss,soft stool,loose hair and no luster;Compared with the blank group,the weight of drug group 1 decreased,while the weight of drug group 2 increased;In addition,the spleen index of group 1 was lower than that of the blank group,and the spleen index of group 2 was higher than that of the blank group,the difference was statistically significant.The content of serum amylase in drug 2 group was higher than that in blank control group and drug 1 group,and there was significant difference between drug 2 group and drug 1 group;There was significant difference in gastrin content between drug group 1 and drug group 2.Conclusion It is suggested that Belamcanda processed with rice swill can alleviate the dryness of the drug by in-creasing the effect of invigorating spleen.
