珍珠蜂蜜液联合高效抗反转录病毒疗法治疗HIV感染的临床观察

Clinical observation on Zhenzhu Fengmi Liquid combined with highly active antiretroviral therapy in treatment of HIV infection

目的观察珍珠蜂蜜液联合高效抗反转录病毒疗法(HAART)治疗HIV感染的临床疗效。方法选择117例HIV感染者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组59例和对照组58例。对照组给予HAART治疗,观察组在此基础上加用珍珠蜂蜜液进行治疗,两组均治疗6个月。观察治疗前后两组患者主要症状和体征积分、T淋巴细胞亚群变化和生存质量情况。结果治疗后,观察组乏力、纳呆积分降低、CD4淋巴细胞计数、CD4/CD8比值、生存质量量表中生理领域评分、心理领域评分及总分均较治疗前升高,且观察组乏力、纳呆积分、CD4/CD8比值、生存质量量表中生理领域评分、心理领域评分及总分改善情况均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论珍珠蜂蜜液联合HAART治疗可以改善HIV感染者的乏力、纳呆症状和免疫功能,提高CD4/CD8的比值和生存质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhenzhu Fengmi Liquid combined with highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART)for treating HIV infection.Methods A total of 117 HIV infectors were enrolled and divided into observation group(n=59)and control group(n=58)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with HAART,based on which the observation group received an additional therapy of Zhenzhu Fengmi Liquid.Both groups were treated for six months.The scores for major symptoms and signs,the changes in T lymphocyte subsets,and the condition of quality of life were observed in the two groups before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the score for fatigue or anorexia was decreased,CD4 lymphocyte count,CD4/CD8 ratio,as well as the scores for physiological and psychological domains and the overall score on the quality of life scale,were increased in the observation group as compared with those before the treatment;moreover,the observation group was superior to the control group in the score for fatigue or anorexia,CD4/CD8 ratio,as well as the improvements in the scores for physiological and psychological domains and the overall score on the quality of life scale(all P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenzhu Fengmi Liquid combined with HAART can improve symptoms(fatigue and anorexia),the immune function,the CD4/CD8 ratio,and the quality of life in the treatment of HIV infectors.
