基于负荷特征的配电网三相不平衡换相模型

Three-phase Unbalanced Commutation Model of Distribution Network Based on Load Characteristics

为提高配电网负荷调整操作的成功率并为现场运维提供最优的换相策略,提出了一种基于用电负荷特征曲线的低压配电网三相不平衡优化换相模型及算法。研究基于密度(DBSCAN)聚类算法为基础的配电网系统节点负荷特征曲线提取方法,在此基础上提出平均三相不平衡度的概念,构建长效三相不平衡优化换相模型并给出基于遗传优化算法的编码和求解方法。选取某三相不平衡配电台区为对象,对所提出的长效三相不平衡优化换相模型以及相应的算法进行仿真验证,结果表明,所提出的低压配电网三相不平衡优化换相模型及算法,可以通过一次换相操作达到维持较长时间三相负荷基本平衡的效果。

In order to improve the success rate of the load adjustment operation of the distribution network and provide the optimal commutation strategy for on-site operation and maintenance,a low-voltage distribution network three-phase unbalanced optimization commutation model and algorithm based on the power load characteristic curve is proposed.First,the method of extracting the load characteristic curve of the distribution network system node based on the density-based(DBSCAN)clustering algorithm with noise is studied.Then,on this basis,the concept of average three-phase unbalance degree is proposed,a long-term three-phase unbalance optimization commutation model is constructed,and coding and solution methods based on genetic optimization algorithm are given.Finally,a certain three-phase unbalanced distribution station area of apower company is selected as the object,and the proposed long-term three-phase unbalanced optimal commutation model and the corresponding algorithm are simulated and verified.The final operation and maintenance results show that the proposed low-voltage distribution network three-phase unbalanced optimization commutation model and algorithm based on the electrical load characteristic curve can achieve the effect of maintaining the basic balance of the three-phase load for a long time through one commutation operation.
