摘要
近年来,依靠旅游行业的发展,宁夏地区经济水平逐渐提升,这一现象也对当地的餐饮行业产生了较大的影响。但仅依靠旅游带动餐饮行业的发展远远不够,餐饮行业应提升自身竞争力,加强对自身的安全检查工作,避免食品安全问题的发生。本文以固原市餐饮发展现状以及食品安全检查情况入手,分析了餐饮服务发展特点及当地食品安全检查中发现的问题,并提出针对性的解决方案。
In recent years,relying on of tourism industry,the economic level of Ningxia has gradually improved,which has also had a great impact on the local catering industry.However,it is not enough to rely on tourism to drive the development of the catering industry.The catering industry should improve its own competition,and strengthen its safety inspection to avoid food safety problems.Startting with the current situation of catering development and food safety inspection in Guyuan City,the development characteristics of catering service and the problems found in local food safety inspection were analyzed,and targeted solutions were put forward in this paper.
