科技期刊服务于国家科技发展的思考

Thoughts on sci-tech journals serving national science and technology development

为了深入贯彻国家科学技术发展战略,明确科技期刊的办刊方向,本文从科技期刊在科学研究中的导向和学术引领作用、科技期刊服务科学研究的能力建设、科技期刊对青年科研人才培养3个方面,论述了科技期刊通过服务于国家科技发展来拓展生存空间、体现自身价值的一些思考,提出了一些科技期刊提升办刊质量、扩大期刊品牌影响力的建议。

In order to thoroughly implement the national science and technology development strategy and clarify the running direction of sci-tech journals,this paper discusses that sci-tech journals expand their living space by serving the national sci-tech development from the following three aspects:the guiding and academic leading role of sci-tech journals in scientific research,the ability construction of sci-tech journals to serve scientific research,and the training of young scientific research talents.This paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the quality and expanding the brand influence of sci-tech journals.
