摘要
PTEN诱导推定激酶1(PTEN-induced putative kinase 1,PINK1)能通过调控线粒体自噬移除受损或者过剩的线粒体来维持线粒体平衡,减少细胞氧化应激损伤。近年研究发现,PINK1与某些肝脏疾病的病理生理及治疗过程关系密切,作者主要对PINK1及其与肝脏相关疾病的关系进行总结,以便更加深入了解PINK1在肝脏疾病中的作用。
PTEN-induced putative kinase 1(PINK1)can maintain mitochondrial balance and reduce oxidative stress injury by regulating mitochondrial autophagy and removing damaged or excess mitochondria.Recent studies have found that PINK1 is closely related to the pathophysiology and treatment process of some liver diseases.The author mainly summarizes PINK1 and its relationship with liver related diseases,so as to better understand the role of PINK1 in liver diseases.
