主要介绍了全自动无人值守制壳生产线的现状、技术开发路径,通过高效的三维设计工具应用、精准的自动控制算法开发、实时的远程孪生画面模拟驱动等方面进行了集成创新,开发出具有自主知识产权的全自动机械手制壳生产线并在业内推广应用,总体技术水平达国内领先水平。
Mainly introduces the present situation of the automatic production line for unattended shell making,the path of technological development and innovation,through efficient 3 d design tools development,application,precise automatic control algorithm of real-time remote twin image aspects has carried on the integrated innovation,to simulate the drive and developed with independent intellectual property rights of the manipulator system shell automatic production line and popularization and application in the industry,The overall technical level has reached the leading level in China.
