摘要
对武钢8号高炉提高主沟寿命的措施进行了总结。从改善主沟耐材工作状况的思路入手,进行了多年的技术攻关:①使用带专利技术的双回旋区主沟;②充分利用平坦化矩形出铁场设计优势,减缓主沟铁水流速;③改进主沟烘烤工艺。在没有对主沟耐材质量提过高要求的情况下,8号高炉的主沟通铁量从10-13万t提高到18~24万t,主沟寿命从20~25 d延长到30~45 d,降低主沟耐材成本50%以上。
The measures for extending the service life of the main runner of WISCO's No.8 BF are summarized.Starting from improving the working performance of the main runner refractory,the following technical tackle practices for several years have been implemented:(1)adopting patented main runner with double-raceway;(2)slowing down HM flow rate in the main runner by taking the advantages of the flattened rectangular casthouse;(3)improving the preheating process of main runner.Without using higher quality refractory materials,the HM throughput capacity of the main runner increases from 100000~1300001 to 180000~2400001,and the service life of main runner prolongs from 20~25 days to 30-45 days with the refractory material cost for the main runner reduced by over 50%.
