摘要 针对医院建筑工程中机电安装的实际问题,以某医院建筑机电安装工程项目为例,介绍了BIM技术在建筑机电安装工程中的应用。应用BIM技术并加以深化设计后,可在施工初期调整好各专业管线的走向、标高等因素。相比于传统意义上的机电工程施工安装,采用BIM优化后的方案能够减少各个专业管线在局部狭小区域以及走廊区域出现“错、漏、碰、缺”的问题,有效提升工程项目的精细化管理水平。研究结果可为BIM技术在相关工程机电安装中的应用提供参考。 Aiming at the practical problems of mechanical and electrical installation in hospital construction engineering,the mechanical and electrical installation project of a hospital building is taken as an example.In this paper the application of BIM technology in architectural mechanical and electrical installation projects is introduced.After applying BIM technology and deepening the design,the trend,elevation and other factors of various professional pipelines can be adjusted through BIM technology at the initial stage of construction.Compared with the traditional mechanical and electrical engineering construction and installation,the BIM optimized scheme can reduce the problems of"error,leakage,collision and lack"of various professional pipelines in local narrow areas and corridor areas,and effectively improve the fine management level of engineering projects.The research results can provide a reference for the application of BIM technology in the mechanical and electrical installation of related projects.
