摘要
传统的输电线路停运时间模型忽视了输电线路停运时间受外部环境和设备内部参数等因素的共同影响,致使评估结果与电网实际可靠性水平存在较大误差。针对这一不足,提出了计及地形、天气和杆塔参数的输电线路停运时间模型。该模型将输电线路抢修作业拆分成5个主要环节并分别统计各环节作业基准时间,采用综合影响因子表征各因素对各环节作业时间的影响大小。应用所提出的模型对改进的IEEE-RBTS系统进行了可靠性评估,仿真计算结果表明,提出的模型能准确地预测各因素影响下的输电线路停运时间,能更精确地预测电网可靠性水平。
The traditional transmission line outage time model ignores that the transmission line outage time is affected by the external environment and internal parameters of equipment,resulting in large errors between the evaluation results and the actual reliability level of power grid.Aimed at this problem,a outage time model for transmission line model based on terrain,weather and tower parameters is proposed.In this model,the transmission line emergency repair operation is divided into five main links,the operation reference time of each link is counted respectively,and the comprehensive influence factor is used to characterize the influence of each factor on the operation time of each link.The proposed model is applied to the reliability evaluation of a modified IEEE-RBTS system,the results show that the proposed model can accurately predict the outage time of transmission lines under the influence of various factors,and can more accurately predict the reliability level of power grid.
