摘要
高素质的创新型人才是新一轮工业革命发展历程中不可或缺的力量。研究性教学理念对培养创新型人才的效果优于知识灌输式教学已经成为当代高校教师的共识。文章介绍作者近年来在中国石油大学(北京)不同层次的油气地球化学类课程中的教学改革尝试。基于这些尝试,作者认为研究性教学的顺利开展需要综合授课班级规模和学生学习习惯,灵活选取教学方法,同时制定细致公正的评价体系,激励学生参与到教学活动中。
High-quality innovative talents are indispensable for the development of a new industrial revolution.The teachers from universities or college have realized that the effect of research-based teaching concept on training innovative talents is better than that of knowledge indoctrination mode.This article introduces the author's recent attempts of teaching revolution in different levels of petroleum geochemistry courses at China University of Petroleum(Beijing).The feedback of these teaching researches lead to a conclusion that the research-based teaching requires not only a suitable teaching approach based on the class size and students'learning habits,but also a meticulous and fair evaluation system,which could encourage students to parti cipate in teaching activities.
