丽江“工合运动”的历史意义与当代价值

The historical significance and contemporary value of the industrial cooperation movement in Lijiang

20世纪40年代,一场具有一定规模和效益的工业合作社运动(简称“工合运动”),为丽江的经济发展和抗日战争的物资供应作出了重要贡献。采用文献研究、田野考察、对比分析等研究方法,探究丽江“工合运动”的历史意义与当代价值。将20世纪40年代丽江手工业与云南省宁蒗县摩梭纺织服装手工业进行比较分析,发现二者在生产环境、生产资料、生产条件等方面有许多相似之处。依据丽江"工合运动"的成功经验,从四个方面提出适合摩梭纺织服装手工业发展的可行性路径,同步推进政产教融合。该研究旨在为少数民族地区在新发展阶段实施乡村振兴、推进共同富裕的国家战略实施提供参考。

In the 1940 s, an industrial cooperative movement(referred to as ICM) with a certain scale and benefits made important contributions to Lijiang’s economic development and material supply during the Anti-Japanese War. The historical significance and contemporary value of the ICM in Lijiang are analyzed by means of literature research, field investigation and comparative analysis. Through the comparative analysis of handicraft industry in Lijiang and Mosuo textile and garment handicraft industry in Ninglang County of Yunnan province in the 1940 s, it is found that the two share many similarities in terms of production environment, the means of production and production conditions. Based on the successful experience of the ICM in Lijiang, a feasible path for the development of Mosuo textile and garment handicraft industry is proposed from four aspects while promoting the integration of government, industry and education at the same time. This study is aimed to provide reference for the implementation of rural revitalization and the promotion of the national strategy of common prosperity in ethnic minority areas at the new development stage.
