摘要
近些年,电子招投标快速发展,许多问题也暴露了出来,“如何保障电子招投标高效运营”广受关注。分析了安徽省电子招投标在监督管理、信用体系、信息技术、异地评标、档案管理等方面存在的问题,提出通过加强电子监管、健全信用体系、加快技术融合、完善异地评标、强化电子档案等举措,推动安徽省电子招投标持续稳定健康发展的建议。
In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic bidding, many problems have been exposed. How to ensure the efficient operation of electronic bidding has been widely concerned. It analyzes the supervision and management, credit system, information technology, bidding of different places,archives management and other problems in Anhui province, and puts forward strengthening the supervision of electronic bidding, perfecting the credit system, speeding up technology perfect fusion, perfecting bidding of different places, strengthening electronic archives management and other measures to promote stable, healthy and continuous development of the electronic bidding in Anhui province.
