摘要
分析了石化企业设备的噪声特征、来源及典型高噪声设备的分布,从消声、隔声、吸声、隔振等方面论述了石化设备降噪技术研究进展,对压缩机、磨煤机等石化典型高噪声设备的降噪技术进行了重点介绍,最后阐述了具有应用前景的声学超构新材料以及主动降噪技术的发展趋势。
In this paper,the noise characteristics,sources,and distribution of standard high-noise equipment in petrochemical enterprises were described,the research progress of noise reduction technology of petrochemical equipment in terms of noise elimination,sound insulation,sound absorption,vibration isolation,and other noise reduction technologies was discussed,the noise reduction methods of petrochemical standard high-noise equipment such as compressors,fans,and coal mills were emphatically introduced,and finally the new materials with application prospects of the acoustic metamaterials and the development trend of active noise reduction technology were elaborated.
