积极心理学视域下高校党务干部队伍培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Party Cadres in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

在研究高校党务干部队伍培养现实意义和存在问题基础上,提出了从积极心理学的视域下探索高校党务干部队伍培养的路径,即塑造积极的人格特质,提高党务干部的综合素质;构建积极的认知,体验积极情绪;改变管理理念,提高党务干部的自我效能感和建设积极的外部环境,改革完善考核机制。

On the basis of studying the practical significance and existing problems of the cultivation of party affairs cadres in colleges and universities,this paper proposes exploring the cultivation path of party affairs cadres from the perspective of positive psychology,that is,to shape their positive personality traits,improve their comprehensive quality;construct positive cognition,experience positive emotions;change management concepts,improve the self-efficacy of party cadres and build a positive external environment;and reform,improve the assessment mechanism.
