摘要
课程思政是实现“三全育人”的重要载体,“三全育人”蕴含课程思政建设的学理基础。在“三全育人”视域下,课程思政是高校所有教职人员参与、贯穿学生所有在学阶段、覆盖所有课程领域的育人体系。课程思政建设当前还面临一些痛点,教师意识限制课程思政的全员育人效果、教学设计影响课程思政的全程育人实践、服务管理制约课程思政的全方位育人功能。高校应建立课程思政教师的全员培养体系,构建课程思政教学的全程开发模式,制定课程思政评价的全方位奖惩机制。
Curriculum ideological and political education is an important carrier to realize the“three-comprehensive education”,which contains the academic basis of curriculum ideological and political reform.From the perspective of“three-comprehensive education”,curriculum ideological and political education is an education system with the participation of all faculty members in colleges and universities,which runs through all the learning stages of students and covers all the course fields.At present,the reform of curriculum ideological and political education still faces some pain points.The teaching design limits the whole educational practice;the quality of teachers reduces the educational effect and the service management restricts the all-around educational function.Colleges and universities should establish a training mechanism for curriculum ideological and political education teachers,a whole-course development mechanism for curriculum ideological and political education teaching,and an all-around reward and punishment mechanism for curriculum ideological and political education evaluation.
