在精准医疗背景下,临床药师需积极探索精准药物治疗服务新模式。临床药师应以患者为中心,综合评估疾病治疗过程中患者的病理状况和疾病的特点、进展、预后等因素,并考虑治疗药物的代谢过程和药效学特征,提出相应的调整治疗药物种类、剂量和干预方案的建议,为患者提供精准化、全程化的药学服务。临床药师应在实践中逐步完善与发展以患者为中心的精准药物治疗服务新模式。

Clinical pharmacists need to actively explore a new mode of precision drug therapy service under the background of precision medicine.Pharmacists should provide patients with precise and complete pharmaceutical services by taking the patient as the center,comprehensively evaluating the pathological status,the characteristics,progress and prognosis of disease and other factors of patients in the process of disease treatment,considering drug pharmacokinetic process and pharmacodynamic characteristics and proposing the recommendations of corresponding adjustments to the types,dosage and intervention plan of therapeutic drugs.Clinical pharmacists should gradually improve and develop a new mode of patient-centered precision drug treatment service.
