温针灸联合首荟通便胶囊对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者临床症状改善及胃肠激素的影响

Effects of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Shouhui Tongbian Capsules on Clinical Symptoms and Gastrointestinal Hormones in Patients with Diabetic Gastroparesis

目的:分析温针灸联合首荟通便胶囊对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者临床症状改善及胃肠激素的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月德驭医疗马鞍山总医院收治的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组患者采用温针灸联合首荟通便胶囊治疗,比较2组患者的临床症状改善情况、胃肠激素水平、胃排空率、胃动力及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组的腹胀、恶心呕吐、食欲不振、反酸嗳气、大便症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动力低下比例、餐前胃阻抗振幅明显低于对照组,血浆生长抑素(SS)、4 h胃排空率、胃动力正常比例、餐后胃阻抗振幅明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床总有效率(92.50%)明显高于对照组(72.50%)(P<0.05);而2组患者的上腹痛症状积分、胃动力轻度异常比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温针灸联合首荟通便胶囊可明显改善糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的临床症状及胃肠激素水平,并有效提高胃排空率,促进胃动力恢复正常,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effects of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shouhui Tongbian Capsules on clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal hormones in patients with diabetic gastroparesis.Methods:Eighty patients with diabetic gastroparesis admitted to the Deyu Medical Maanshan General Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were enrolled.The patients in the control group(n=40)received conventional western medicine treatment,and those in the observation group(n=40)received warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shouhui Tongbian Capsules.The clinical symptom improvement,gastrointestinal hormone level,gastric emptying rate,gastric motility,and clinical efficacy of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After treatment,the scores of abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,acid regurgitation,belching,and stool symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Gastrin(GAS),motilin(MOT),the proportion of slowed gastric motility,and preprandial gastric impedance amplitude in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while somatostatin(SS),4 h gastric emptying rate,the proportion of normal gastric motility,and postprandial gastric impedance amplitude were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,higher than 72.50%in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in epigastric pain score and the proportion of abnormal gastric motility between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shouhui Tongbian Capsules can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal hormone levels of patients with diabetic gastroparesis,effectively improve the gastric emptying rate,and restore gastric motility,with definite clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
