摘要
移动电子政务的个性化服务,是以用户需求作为导向的服务模式,注重用户的差异性。目前,广州市移动电子政务平台的普及度较高,功能较为丰富,但也存在一些问题。针对这些问题,本文提出加强技术支持、完善规章制度、建设统一的政务信息资源管理平台等措施,以期提高移动政务的服务效率和公众满意度,进而推动移动政务的持续发展。
The personalized service of mobile e-government is a user-oriented service mode.It focuses on the differences of users.At present,Guangzhou Mobile E-government platform has high popularity and rich functions,but there are also some problems.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward three optimization suggestions:strengthening technical support,improving rules and regulations,and perfecting the unified government information resource management platform,so as to deeply enhance the personalized service,improve the service efficiency and public satisfaction of mobile government,and then promote the sustainable development of mobile government.
