摘要
以再生骨料作为微生物载体制备自修复再生混凝土的试验,共四组:载菌组(C-BRC)、直接掺菌组(D-BRC)、无菌组(NRC)和对照组(RAC)。研究了自修复再生混凝土在修复0d、7d、14d、28d时的裂缝表观修复情况,得出自修复再生混凝土残余裂缝宽度和修复时间的拟合方程式,通过裂缝表观修复率表征了自修复再生混凝土试件裂缝局部修复效能。结果表明:在相同的裂缝修复时间内,C-BRC的修复率最高,D-BRC次之,NRC最小;修复时间越长,修复的效率越高,尤其是C-BRC的修复效率最高,在28d时修复效率能达到100%。
Self-repairing recycled concrete is prepared using recycled aggregates as microbial carriers, which divided into four groups: bacterial carrier group(C-BRC), direct bacterial admixture group(D-BRC), sterile group(NRC) and control group(RAC). The apparent crack repair of the self-repaired recycled concrete at 0, 7, 14 and 28 days of repair is investigated, and the fitted equations for the residual crack widths and repair time of the self-repaired recycled concrete are obtained, the crack local repair efficiency of the self-repaired recycled concrete specimens is characterized by the apparent crack repair rate. The results show that C-BRC has the highest repair rate repair efficiency, D-BRC has the second and NRC has the smallest for the same crack repair time. The longer the repair time, the higher the repair efficiency, especially for C-BRC, its repair efficiency is the highest, reach up to 100% in 28 days.
