临床医学专业认证背景下引领教学质量同质化建设路径研究——以妇产科学为例 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨在临床医学专业认证背景下各教学基地“一体化班”教学质量同质化的落实和贯彻情况,观察其效果。方法通过“十统一、两平台”及校本部引领各教学基地教研室集体备课、教学研讨,相同的技能考核、客观结构化考试(OSCE),以及督导反馈等方式,强化了同质化教学管理和规范教学过程,并通过对部分学生的基线成绩、妇产科学课程成绩、基地教学满意度等进行同质化效果评价。结果2个年级3个不同地方的教学基地“一体化班”学生基线成绩、妇产科学课程成绩、教学基地满意度的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),在一定程度上说明3个不同地方教学基地“一体化班”教学质量同质化达到要求。结论在临床医学专业认证中,成都中医药大学对教学质量同质化建设与管理开展了许多有益的尝试,从妇产科学课程教学和学生对教学满意度的评价分析,学校“一体化”教学班教学质量达到同质化教学要求。 Objective To explore the implementation of teaching quality homogenization of"integrated classes"in different teaching bases under the background of clinical medical profe-ssional accreditation and observe its effect.Methods Through"ten unifications,two platforms"and with the main campus leading teaching and research sections of different teaching bases to prepare lessons together,carry out teaching discussion,organize the same skill assessment and Objective Structured Examination(OSCE),as well as supervise and give feedback,the teaching management homogenization was enhanced and the teaching process was regulated.In addition,the homogenization effect was evaluated by some students'baseline scores,course scores of Obste-trics and Gynecology,and teaching satisfaction of the bases.Results The differences of students from the"integrated classes"of 2 grades in 3 different teaching bases showed no statistic signi-ficance in terms of baseline scores,course scores of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as teaching satisfaction of the bases(P>0.05).To some extent,it can be clarified that the teaching quality homogenization of the"integrated classes"in 3 different teaching bases met the requirement.Conclusion In clinical medical professional accreditation,Chengdu University of Traditional Medi-cine has carried out many beneficial attempts in the construction and management of teaching quality homogeneity.From the analysis of Obstetrics and Gynecology teaching and students'evaluation on the teaching satisfaction,the teaching quality of"integrated classes"meets the requirements of homogeneity teaching.
