周扬俊《温热暑疫全书》论疫学术思想探析

An analysis of Zhou Yangjun’s academic thoughts on epidemic diseases in his Wenre Shuyi Quanshu

清初温病医家周扬俊对疫病的论述有独到见解,对后世研究疫病起到了承上启下的重要作用。本文就周扬俊论述疫病的学术思想进行深入探究,主要从运气角度认识疫病病因,发挥“三虚致疫”观点;阐发喻昌三焦传变学说,辨证认识三焦怫郁与三焦定位理论;发挥吴有性治疫学术思想,提出疫病应根据不同阶段治疗,倡导“疫邪贵乎早下”,先治疫病后顾旧疾;提出“寒凉解毒”为治疫大法等方面进行整理挖掘。

Zhou Yangjun,a doctor in the early Qing Dynasty,presents his unique discussions on epidemic diseases,which plays a prominent role in forming a connecting link between what comes before and after.This article tends to make an in-depth exploration into his academic thoughts in this respect.Firstly,it studies his viewpoint of“three deficiencies causing epidemic diseases”,in which he probes into epidemics causes from the perspective of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.Secondly,the article expounds his analysis on Yu Chang’s theory about transmissions in sanjiao,in which he first advocates“epidemic pestilences transmitting through the middle organs”,and he differentiates the syndrome of depression and recognizes disease locations in sanjiao.Thirdly,the article analyzes how he develops Wu Youxing’s academic thoughts on epidemics treatment,in which he proposes epidemic diseases be treated according to different stages,calling for“eradicating epidemic pestilences as early as possible”,and“treating epidemics first and attending underlying diseases next”.Finally,the article explains why he views clearing cold-cool and detoxifying as the critical method for treating epidemic diseases.
