O2O模式下思维导图在中青年高血压合并糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Mind Map in the Health Education of Middle-aged and Young Hypertensive Patients with Diabetes Mellitus under O2O Mode

目的探讨线上-线下(online To offline,O2O)模式思维导图在中青年高血压合并糖尿病患者健康宣教中的应用价值。方法选取2018年12月—2020年10月在福建医科大学附属第二医院心血管科就诊的78例高血压合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=38)。研究组患者接受O2O思维导图健康教育,对照组患者接受常规护理健康教育,比较两组患者干预前后血压及血糖控制水平、用药依从性及自我效能方面的差异。结果干预后,研究组血压和血糖控制水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后自我效能评分为(35.52±4.27)分,高于对照组的(31.87±2.79)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.444,P<0.001)。研究组依从率为92.50%(37/40),优于对照组89.47%(34/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.293,P=0.043)。结论O2O模式下思维导图的宣教模式可以提高中青年高血压合并糖尿病患者治疗效果,提高患者的自我效能及服药依从性。

Objective To explore the application value of online-to-offline(O2O)mode mind map in health education of young and middle-aged hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 78 hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from December 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=38)according to the random number table method.The patients in the study group received O2O mind map health education,and the patients in the control group received routine nursing health education.The differences in blood pressure and blood sugar control levels,medication compliance and self-efficacy,were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the blood pressure and blood sugar control levels in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-efficacy score of the study group after intervention was(35.52±4.27)points,which was higher than that of the control group(31.87±2.79)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.444,P<0.001).The compliance rate of the study group was 92.50%(37/40),which was better than that of the control group 89.47%(34/38),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.293,P=0.043).Conclusion The publicity and education mode of mind map under O2O mode can improve the treatment effect of young and middle-aged hypertensive patients with diabetes,and improve the self-efficacy and medication compliance of patients.
