细粉滚筒筛在淀粉质原料(如木薯、玉米、水稻、小麦等)预处理生产中(酒精生产)多次筛分试验,细粉滚筒筛分离细粉20 t/h,筛上物为粉碎后细粉中大颗粒木质纤维、颗粒木薯及长20 mm以上的编织物分离出来,分离量约为10 kg/h;按此计算,每天可分离954 kg;筛下物为合格细粉20目筛通过率96%以上,工艺上达到较好的水平。
