拱架锁脚锚杆(管)高精度安装施工技术

摘要 隧道及地下工程初期支护拱架一般采用锁脚锚杆(管)等形式进行固定,主要采用风钻配合人工进行钻眼安装,并通过点焊连接的方式固定在拱架上。该方法存在打设角度不易控制,连接牢固性差等问题,直接影响到锚杆工作效果。介绍了一种简易固定安装控制钻眼角度,再通过垂直L形连接筋实现锁脚锚杆(管)的有效连接,提升了锁脚锚杆(管)与拱架连接质量,研究结论可供类似工程参考。 In the initial stage of tunnels and underground works,the supporting arches are generally fixed by means of locking anchors(pipes),mainly using pneumatic drills and manual drilling installations,and fixed on the arches by spot welding.This method has the problems that the setting angle is not easy to control,and the connection firmness is poor,which directly affects the working effect of the bolt.A simple fixing tool is introduced to control the drilling angle,and then the effective connection of the locking anchor rod(tube)is realized through the vertical L-shaped connecting rib,which improves the connection quality of the locking anchor rod(tube)and the arch frame.The research conclusion can be sed as a reference for similar projects.
