硬膜外分娩镇痛配合无创接生对产妇分娩情况的影响

Effect of Epidural Labor Analgesia Combined with Noninvasive Delivery on Maternal Delivery

目的:探讨硬膜外分娩镇痛配合无创接生对产妇分娩结局的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2021年3月在邳州市中医院分娩的产妇作为本次研究对象,共67例,按照随机数字表法进行分为两组。对照组产妇33例,采用无创接生;观察组产妇34例,采用硬膜外分娩镇痛配合无创接生。对比两组产妇的分娩结局、产程与疼痛状况、产后会阴情况等。结果:观察组分娩并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一产程、第二产程及视觉模拟疼痛评分法均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者产后出现会阴水肿、感染、侧切及裂伤的发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创接生联合硬膜外分娩镇痛后,能够大大缩短产程时间,减轻产妇的疼痛,从而更好地改善分娩结局。

Objective:To explore the influence of epidural labor analgesia combined with noninvasive delivery on maternal delivery outcome.Methods:A total of 67 puerpera who delivered in Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups.The 33 cases in the control group were treated with noninvasive delivery;34 cases in the observation group were treated with epidural labor analgesia combined with noninvasive delivery.The maternal delivery outcome,labor process and pain status,postpartum perineum situation of the two groups were compared.Results:The total incidence of labor complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,second stage of labor and visual analog pain score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of postpartum perineal edema,infection,lateral incision and laceration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive delivery combined with epidural labor analgesia can greatly shorten the labor process time,reduce maternal pain,so as to better improve the delivery outcome.
