项目驱动式高职院校工作室的研究与实践——以“服装设计”工作室为例

摘要 基于项目的工作室模式与传统的教学形式不同,更注重梯形团队的凝合力和专业素养。文章首先从提升学生综合素质、强化课程建设、增加行业互动3个方向,详细分析了高职院校创建服装设计工作室的必要性;其次从工作室模式设置的前期实践研究、工作室模式实践的特点、师资队伍和团体的建设、工作室项目的孵化与实践4个方面,阐述了项目驱动式工作室模式的实践;最后总结工作室模式的孵化效果,利用项目驱动工作室运转,有效实现了教学、社会、企业需求的对接,为学生职业素质的提高提供了便捷有效的新途径。 The project-based studio model is different from the traditional teaching form,with more emphasis on the cohesion and professionalism of the trapezoidal team.This paper first analyzes the necessity of establishing clothing design studio in higher vocational colleges from three directions in detail:improving students’comprehensive quality,strengthening curriculum construction and increasing industry interaction;Secondly,the practice of studio model under project is expounded from four aspects:the preliminary practice research of studio model setting,the characteristics of studio model practice,the construction of teacher team and group,and the incubation and practice of studio projects;Finally,the incubation effect of the studio model is summarized,and the studio operation is driven by projects,which effectively connects the needs of teaching,society and enterprises,and provides a convenient,effective and new way to improve students’professional quality.
