摘要
海上风机叶片吊装工艺分为风轮整体吊装和单叶片与轮毂单吊装两种工艺。以福清兴化湾海上风电场二期项目为例,针对10 MW海上风电机组风轮吊装技术问题,成功探索了叶片起吊、风轮组拼、叶轮起吊翻身、叶轮对接等重难点控制及安装施工技术参数,为后续10 MW+大容量海上机组吊装施工提供了技术参考。
Two different technologies can be adopted for the hoisting installation of offshore wind turbine,including the whole hoisting of the turbine and the separate hoisting of single blade and the hub.Taking the phase II project of Fuqing Xinghua Bay offshore wind farm as an example,the hoisting installation technology of wind turbine of 10 MW offshore wind power generator unit is explored.Technical control and installation parameters of key processes such as the blade hoisting,wind turbine assembly,impeller hoisting and overturning,and impeller docking are summarized.It provides technical reference for the subsequent hoisting installation of 10 MW+large capacity offshore wind power generator units.
