八段锦联合中药穴位贴敷应用于肺结核患者中的效果

Effect of Baduanjin combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的探讨八段锦联合中药穴位贴敷对肺结核患者呼吸功能、免疫功能及临床疗效的影响。方法选择2016年5月至2019年5月于聊城市传染病医院结核科接受治疗的104例肺结核患者,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组(52例)和观察组(52例)。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者基于常规护理给予八段锦联合中药穴位贴敷。比较2组患者的肺功能指标、免疫功能相关指标、病灶吸收率及临床总有效率。结果护理2个月、4个月和6个月后,2组的第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量百分比(FEV_(1)/FVC)、外周血CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)及血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平均高于同组护理前(P均<0.05),CD_(8)^(+)水平均低于同组护理前(P均<0.05);观察组的上述指标均优于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。护理6个月后,观察组的病灶吸收率、总有效率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论八段锦联合中药穴位贴敷能够有效改善肺结核患者的肺功能和免疫功能,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of Baduanjin combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the respiratory function,immune function,and clinical efficacy of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 104 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in the Department of Tuberculosis at Liaocheng Infectious Disease Hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were selected and divided into a control group(52 cases)and an observation group(52 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given Baduanjin combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of routine nursing.The pulmonary function indicators,immune functionrelated indicators,lesion absorption rate,and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After 2,4,and 6 months of nursing,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity(FEV_(1)/FVC),levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in peripheral blood,and levels of serum IgA,IgG,IgM in the two groups were higher than those before nursing(all P<0.05),and the level of CD_(8)^(+)was lower than that before nursing(all P<0.05).The above indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing,the lesion absorption rate and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can effectively improve the pulmonary function and immune function of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and improve the clinical efficacy.
