中医护理模式在小儿外感发热疾病中的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode on children with pediatric exogenous fever

目的分析中医护理模式在小儿外感发热疾病中的应用效果。方法以2019年1月至2020年12月宿迁市中医院儿科收治的120例外感发热患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患儿施以常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理的基础上施以中医护理模式。比较2组患儿的治疗效果和恢复情况,以及2组患儿家属对护理工作的满意率。结果干预7 d后,2组的主要症状评分均低于干预前(P均<0.05),且观察组均较对照组明显降低(P均<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率和家属满意率均高于对照组,退热时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,且复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论小儿外感发热患儿接受中医护理模式,可提升其治疗效果,缩短其住院时间,降低其疾病复发率,且患儿家属满意率较高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode on children with pediatric exogenous fever.Methods A total of 120 children with pediatric exogenous fever admitted to the Department of Pediatrics at Suqian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were assigned into a control group and an observation group by using a random number table.Both groups contained 60 patients.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical efficacy and recovery of the children,as well as the nursing satisfaction rate of the family members were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of intervention,the main symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(all P<0.05).The overall effective rate and satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The fever subsidence time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode in children with pediatric exogenous fever can improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the disease recurrence rate,and achieve high satisfaction of family members.
