摘要
在信息化时代背景下,企业培训管理备受各行各业的广泛关注,当前市场经济竞争日益激烈,企业面对前所未有的竞争压力,使企业人力资源管理的优势日益凸显。为更好地应对压力,相关企业应根据当前人力资源的现状,积极组织企业开展培训管理工作,实现人力资源的合理化发展。本文首先分析企业人力资源管理中培训管理存在的不足之处,其次探讨提升人力资源管理视角下提升企业培训管理水平的措施,以期对相关研究有一定的参考价值。
In the context of the information age,enterprise training management has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.In the increasingly fierce competition in the market economy,enterprises face unprecedented competitive pressure,which makes the advantages of enterprise human resources management increasingly prominent.In order to better cope with the pressure,the relevant enterprises should actively organize the enterprise training management according to the current situation of human resources and realize the rationalized development of human resources.This study fi rstly analyzes the shortcomings of training management in enterprise human resource management,and secondly discusses the measures to improve enterprise training management from the perspective of human resource management,in order to have certain reference value for related research.
