络病理论与过敏性鼻炎发病相关性探赜

Discussion of Correlation Between Collateral Disease Theory and Allergic Rhinitis

络病理论是中医学重要的病机学说,过敏性鼻炎发病与络病理论密切相关,目前少见从络病角度探讨过敏性鼻炎发病的研究。本文首先提出络病的致病特点为“久、瘀、顽、杂”,进一步从病位相应、病因相关、病性相似三部分,探讨络病理论与过敏性鼻炎发病的相关性,认为痰瘀同病是过敏性鼻炎的发病基础,气滞、津停、痰瘀是主要病理因素,并提出取藤入络、排毒解毒、顽疾缓攻的防治原则,为过敏性鼻炎的防治以及临床疗效的提高提供了一定的理论依据。

Collateral diseasetheory is an important pathogenic theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine.The pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis is closely related to thecollateral diseasetheory,but few studies have been conducted to investigate the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis from the perspective of the collateral diseasetheory.This paper firstly proposes that the pathogenic characteristics of collateral diseases can be summarized as"long,stagnant,stubborn and mixed",and further discuss the correlation between the collateral diseasetheory and the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis from three parts:corresponding diseaseposition,related etiology and similarity of pathology.The phlegm and stasis are the basis of the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.Qi stagnation,fluid suspension and phlegm stasis are the main pathological factors.The principle of using the vine drug,detoxifying and slowing down the attack of persistent diseases was proposed,which provided some theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis and the improvement of clinical efficacy.
